THOMAS G. McLAUGHLIN - ASSOCIATE |
Thomas G. McLaughlin graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004, winning the Henry Manne Moot Court Competition for Law and Economics along the way. He has since been practicing in the areas of general civil litigation and appellate practice, having gained significant trial experience through involvement in numerous cases (including three court-trials to verdict on his own); argued dispositive motions; and taken over 40 depositions. He attended California State University Fresno, graduating with a BA in Economics and a BA in Philosophy. Mr. McLaughlin is licensed to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts.
